Can you work outside office hours?
That's how most of our contracts work. Evening and early morning cleans are the norm for us. We can also accommodate weekend work if that suits your building better.
How quickly can you start?
We can usually have a team in place within a couple of weeks of agreeing terms. For urgent situations, we can often move faster.
Do you provide your own equipment and supplies?
Mops, buckets, and detergents are supplied to all contracts. We do not supply vacuums for contracts under 10 hours per week. We have different packages available for consumables.
What happens if we're not happy with something?
Ring us. Directly. You'll have a named contact on our management team who can deal with it straight away. We'd rather hear about a problem on the day it happens than find out three months later that you've been quietly frustrated. We will take action immediately.
Can you handle deep cleans as well as daily cleaning?
Yes. Most of our contracts include periodic deep cleans built into the schedule. We can also do one-off deep cleans if you're moving into a new office or need the place brought up to standard before we take over the regular service.
