Can you work outside office hours?
Yes. Evening and early morning cleaning is normal for most of our contracts, and we can also do weekends if that suits the building better.
How quickly can you start?
It depends on the size and complexity of the site, but we can usually get moving within a couple of weeks once everything is agreed.
Do you provide equipment and cleaning supplies?
This depends on the contract size. We provide a vacuum for contracts over 10 hours per week, we supply mops, buckets and detergent for all contract sizes. We also offer packages for consumables such as black bags, toilet roll, hand soap etc.
What happens if there’s an issue?
You contact us directly. We’d rather know about it straight away and sort it properly.
Can you handle deep cleans as well as regular cleaning?
Yes. Most of our contracts include periodic deep cleans, and we can also do one-off deep cleans if needed.
