About US
Our history
Loreto Group was founded in 2004 as a professional cleaning company in the greater Dublin area and we have gradually expanded our business to cover a range of corporate cleaning solutions with customers across Ireland.
When we hire, we look out for those with a real work ethic. Our team is diligent in improving the cleanliness and hygiene across a broad range of facilities and institutions. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, they’ve supported many essential services in staying clean. We have worked with health care providers, drug rehabilitation services, financial institutions, embassies, security services and childcare facilities.
We are passionately committed to minimising our impact on the environment. We make sure we use the latest technologies here too, reducing our use of plastics, water and chemicals. We work with like-minded suppliers to continue to reduce our footprint.
All of this ensures we continue to shine; delivering an efficient, professional service.

our approach to contracts
Stage one – Contract Assessment
Stage two – Contract Implementation
Stage three – Contract Analysis
Stage one – Contract Assessment
Loreto Group Ltd ensures that its contract implementation project plans are based on clear communication, a sensible allocation of duties, risk identification / mitigation and realistic process steps which must be undertaken within agreed timescales. Whilst each client is different, our contract implementation process focuses on:
• Potential risks are identified and mitigated and that a change of supplier does not have an adverse impact on the business.
• There is full and effective consultation with client Facilities Managers and Loreto Group Management team.
• A thorough implementation project plan together with milestones and timescales is developed to underpin all aspects of implementation of the new contract.
• The responsibilities of all parties involved in the implementation process are clearly understood.
Stage two – Contract Implementation
For implementation to be successful, it is important that we have access to a member of staff at decision making level who will be the official point of contact for the duration of the contract and who will support the implementation process, acting as an escalation point where necessary. Loreto Group Ltd will provide an experienced Implementation Manager to ensure that all aspects of the process are communicated and executed efficiently. Loreto Group Ltd will plan all elements of implementation including:
• Client profiling to ensure that we ascertain the main areas of need, pain points and what has worked/not worked for the client in the past.
• Drawing up a schedule of review to underpin a project plan. This will include a series of meetings to review progress of the implementation plan and to realign process steps and milestone as required throughout the process.
• Ensuring that there is sufficient resources for all offices to support the contract
• Organising stock and equipment requirements for all three premises as well as supply chain.
• Allocating responsibilities for key tasks to the Cleaning teams and supervisors.
• Creating customised checklists and administrative procedures in line with the contract including processes for:
o Site Health & Safety Assessment
o Staff ordering
o Staff selection, recruitment, vetting, briefing and induction.
o Monitoring punctuality and attendance.
o Management oversight procedures
o Timesheets and invoicing
o Quality measurement, audit, and performance review.
o Admin set up and requirements.
• Documenting processes for consistent briefing of the cleaning team
• Advising Cleaning Teams of changes to the contract, building relationships with Facility Managers and establishing each buildings individual needs and staff preferences.
All of this will be undertaken with one key objective – to minimise disruption to the client during implementation and facilitate a smooth and well-communicated process for all parties concerned.
Stage three – Contract Analysis
The following project plan shows the key milestones that Loreto Group Ltd anticipates will take place during the contract implementation process. We propose to use a 4 week period to implement the new contract, although the timescales may vary depending on needs of the client. Implementation of a new contract is also the ideal opportunity to gain client ‘buy in’ and implement new processes and procedures to resolve any previous process issues or recruitment problems.
